Based on your housing requirements, PSE will provide the following, but not limited to:

  1. Assign you a dedicated PSE point of contact to become knowledgeable about your event; available to answer questions and ensure every detail is covered and executed.
  2. Contractually secure room blocks well in advance to ensure sufficient availability.
  3. Negotiate the best available rates.
  4. PSE will sign all hotel contracts, alleviating the tournament of any liability.
  5. Secure complimentary and/or discounted rooms for tournament staff or officials.
  6. Negotiate and secure hotel meeting space if needed.
  7. Provide a dedicated reservations webpage for your tournament(s). Allowing teams and attendees to view each hotel in detail, including: hotel pictures, amenities, address, rates, policies, distance to venues, special offers and exact real-time availability at each hotel.
  8. A reservation service: We actively manage and administer the entire reservation process for your event. Through phone and email support, we assist your teams with their hotel reservations and questions.
  9. Real Time Pickup Reports: You’ll have login access to view the exact number of rooms booked at each hotel, including the teams and/or attendees names, at what hotel their staying and how many rooms booked by each.
  10. A report of the number of room nights booked and total rebate/commission revenue earned at conclusion of your event(s).
  11. PSE will handle the entire billing, accounting & commission/rebate process including invoicing hotels and collecting commissions/rebates due.
  12. Timely rebate/commission payment (one check) within 45 days of the conclusion of your event.
